Xander Schauffele ignores narrative, wins PGA Championship

Xander Schauffele claims his first major victory at the 2024 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club, hoisting the Wanamaker Trophy and winning for the first time since the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open. After not converting a 54-hole lead at both THE PLAYERS Championship 2024 and the 2024 Wells Fargo Championship, Schauffele won the 2024 PGA Championship heading into the final round as a co-leader.
