      In the third round of the 2024 TOUR Championship, Sahith Theegala self-reported a two-stroke penalty for touching the sand with his club during his backswing, resulting in a double-bogey. Theegala’s infraction came after he drove into a fairway bunker on the par-4 3rd hole.
