      TOUR starts: Four. Made PGA TOUR debut at 2019 A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier, finishing T19. Followed with an MC (Sanderson Farms Championship), T23 (Safeway Open) and MC (Shriners Hospitals for Children Open).

      Pro highlights: Had five top-10s on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2019, including a win at the Price Cutter Charity Classic in Springfield, Missouri, about 2-1/2 hours from where he attended high school.. … Won the 2018 Peru Open on PGA TOUR Latinoamerica en route to winning the Order of Merit. … Finished the season with four consecutive top-4 finishes (1st-3rd-T2-T4) to win the Order of Merit. … Had five top-3 finishes in 17 starts on that circuit in 2018.

      Amateur highlights: Competed in his first Korn Ferry Tour event at age 17, shooting 69-84 in the 2009 Christmas in October Classic. … Was a member of the SMU team that won the 2014 American Athletic Conference Championship and advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Championship.

      Interesting tidbits: Brother Alex also is a professional golfer and played college golf at SMU. Their careers overlapped when Harry was a senior and Alex was a freshman. … Has played golf with President George W. Bush at Preston Trail in Dallas. … Grew up in Kansas and is a big Kansas City Royals fan. Was on a red-eye flight between PGA TOUR Latinoamerica events when the Royals won the World Series in 2015. … Was college teammates at SMU with Bryson DeChambeau. … If not a professional golfer, would like to be a senator or governor.

      Higgs says: “I had to qualify to play PGA TOUR Latinoamérica (in 2018), and that might have been the best thing for me. I had to prove it and I had to qualify. I carried a lot of what I did to finish last year into this (2019) season.”
