    The Korn Ferry Tour season concludes with the season-ending Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance contested for the first time at French Lick Golf Resort’s Pete Dye Course in southern Indiana. The top 30 on the season-long Korn Ferry Tour Points List after the Korn Ferry Tour Championship will earn 2025 PGA TOUR membership. The top 17 on the Points List into the week have clinched their TOUR cards, with 13 cards yet to be determined. All four rounds will be broadcast on Golf Channel.

    What's at stake

    All 75 players who qualified for the Korn Ferry Tour Championship have secured fully exempt status on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour. The top 30 on the Korn Ferry Tour Points List after the Korn Ferry Tour Championship earn PGA TOUR cards for the 2025 season, while Nos. 31-60 will be exempt to Final Stage of PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry, where the top five finishers and ties will earn 2025 PGA TOUR cards. Nos. 61-75 on the Points List after the Korn Ferry Tour Championship will be exempt to PGA TOUR Q-School’s Second Stage. Matt McCarty, who clinched the season-long No. 1 spot with a T5 at the Nationwide Children's and will compete at this week’s Sanderson Farms Championship on the PGA TOUR after earning a Three-Victory Promotion and has qualified for the 2025 U.S. Open and THE PLAYERS Championship.

    Players to watch

    Texas A&M alum Sam Bennett, winner of the 2022 U.S. Amateur and who played in the final group for the final two rounds of the 2023 Masters Tournament, enters the week at No. 30 in the Points List as he looks for his first TOUR card. South Africa’s Aldrich Potgieter, who became the youngest winner on either the PGA TOUR or Korn Ferry Tour since Ralph Guldahl (1931 Santa Monica Open) at age 19 years, 4 months, 11 days, winning The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at The Abaco Club in January, looks to hang on for a TOUR card, sitting at No. 27 on the Points List. Trent Phillips (No. 31) currently occupies the first position outside the top-30 bubble for TOURBound status, trailing Sam Bennett by just 43 points. Max McGreevy, Tim Widing, Taylor Dickson and Harry Higgs are the four players in the field who have two Korn Ferry Tour wins each this season and are looking for a third victory to gain promotion to the PGA TOUR and eligibility into this year's FedExCup Fall.
