    Quotables

McGreevy on his comfortability sleeping on a lead … “Yeah, super comfortable. I'm going to pick up my wife from the airport after this and I'm sure we'll just have some dinner and it will be super relaxed and that will be super nice to have her. We're going to golf a little bit earlier tomorrow, too, which I don't have to think about it quite as much. I'm just excited where my game's at, I'm excited to play another round. Golf is fun when you're playing golf like this. Just excited for another good round out here at Metedeconk, it's an awesome course, so excited to get it going.

McGreevy on grinding through a round without his A-game … “Yeah, especially with being Saturday, you just kind of know that you never know what can happen on Sunday. So I was telling my caddie, Tyler, just trying to be there on Sunday. Wasn't trying to do anything crazy, especially when the rain was coming in. Just trying to plod along, keep trying to give myself those looks. Hopefully, give myself enough chances to be on top at the end of the day. It's always frustrating when it feels super close and just a little off. Wouldn't say you're searching out there to maybe fix something, it's just you know you're a couple centimeters, inches here and there, and it gets a little frustrating at times. But no, hung in there nice and was happy to get a couple coming in.”

Will Chandler on his strategy around the course … “Definitely playing to certain spots, especially into the greens, too. You can't go after all these flags. Can't go after hardly any, even with a wedge. Definitely try to get in the fairway and then from there you can control your spin better into the green and hit it to the correct spot. Definitely plotting your way around this course in general, for sure.”
