The Texas Children's Houston Open offers the opportunity for golfers to play their way into the field at the Memorial Park Golf Course in Houston, Texas, via a Monday qualifier. The 18-hole open qualifier at Westwood Golf Club in Houston, offers spots for the four lowest medalists.

Derek Bard (Jacksonville, Florida) and William Furr (Birmingham, Alabama) took medalist honors at 10 under, with Pierceson Coody (Plano, Texas) finishing at 8 under. Charles Reiter (Palm Desert, California) finished at 7 under and won a four-for-1 playoff for the final spot.
