PGA TOUR Perfect 30 presented by LocaliQ contest official rules

Please read and agree to the terms of service on the site before participating. The terms outline the rules, eligibility and other important information regarding play. To enter this contest, you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules").

1. OVERVIEW: The PGA TOUR Perfect 30 Contest (the “Contest”) gives entrants the opportunity to use their knowledge of the sport by selecting their top thirty (30) player picks from the field of seventy (70) players that are provided on the Contest website as stated in rule 4 below (the “Site”) and then completing the entry form and submitting their entry with their selections. Upon the conclusion of the Contest Period (defined below), winners will be calculated based on their top 30 selections and the points awarded as outlined in rule 5 below. The top 10 ranked entrants will receive a PGA TOUR Super Store gift card as outlined in rule 6 below.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Aug. 12, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 14, 2024, provided, however, that such Contest Period shall be automatically extended to include an additional day, or days, resulting from any play-off or postponement of the Tournament (the “Contest Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of PGA TOUR Enterprises, LLC (“Sponsor”), as well as its affiliates, respective subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their independent contractors, agents, attorneys and those that have any affiliation with the Sponsor (collectively “Game Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE: To participate, visit the site at https://pgatour.com/perfect30

and follow the instructions to select your top 30 player picks for each Tournament and enter your tiebreaker number of strokes and then complete the registration form and submit your entry into the Contest (“entry”). By registering, you agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Game Entities, which shall be final. Limit one entry per person.

5. WINNER DETERMINATION/SCORING: Upon conclusion of the Contest Period, points (“Points”) will be awarded based on the players’ standings, for each of the following PGA TOUR tournaments (each, a “Tournament”):

• FedEx St. Jude Championship: Aug. 15-18, 2024
• BMW Championship: Aug. 22-25, 2024
• TOUR Championship: Aug. 19-Sept. 1, 2024

Points will be awarded, based on your top 30 player selections and the results for each of the three Tournaments listed above (and then combined for all Tournaments), as follows:

Initial team selection during registration (30 players):

• No points are awarded for the initial selection.

After 70 to 50 cut:

• (Top 50 Players): 1 point for each player correctly picked to advance to the top 50.

After 50 to 30 cut:

• (Top 30 Players): 3 points for each player correctly picked to advance to the top 30.
• Bonus Points:
  • One additional point for each correctly predicted player who started inside the top 30 and stayed inside the top 30.
  • Four additional points for each correctly predicted player who started between 31-50 and moved into the top 30.
  • Eight additional points for each correctly predicted player who started between 51-70 and moved into the top 30.

Final rankings (Top 30 players):

• Exact ranking: 15 points for each player correctly ranked in their exact final position. If players are tied, points will be awarded if the guessed position falls within the tied range.
• Bonus points:
  • Top 10 prediction: An additional five points for each player correctly picked and ranked within the top 10.
  • Top 5 prediction: An additional 10 points for each player correctly picked and ranked within the top 5.
  • Winner prediction: An additional 20 points for correctly predicting the FedExCup champion.

Tiebreakers:

• General rule: When players are tied, a guess that falls within the range of tied positions is counted as correct, and the Entrant receives full points for that position.
• Example: Assume 10 players are tied for third place. If an Entrant guessed a player in eighth place, and that player is among the 10 tied for third, the Entrant receives full points for the exact ranking.

Tie break:

• Lowest Single Round at East Lake: The lowest single round by any player in the field during the 2024 TOUR Championship. This guess is included on the Entrant’s Registration form.
• Total birdies at East Lake: The combined birdies of the entire field during the 2024 TOUR Championship will be used as a second tie-breaker if needed. This guess is included on the Entrant’s Registration form.

Example calculation:

• Initial selection (30 players): No points.
• After 70 to 50 cut:
  • 20 players correctly picked to advance to the top 50: 20 × 1 = 20 points.
• After 50 to 30 cut:
  • 15 players correctly picked to advance to the top 30: 15 × 3 = 45 points.
  • Bonus points for long shots and upsets:
• Five players started inside the top 30 and stayed: 5 × 1 = 5 points.
• Six players started between 31-50 and moved into top 30: 6 × 4 = 24 points.
• Four players started between 51-70 and moved into top 30: 4 × 8 = 32 points.

Final rankings:

• Scottie Scheffler correctly ranked first: 1 point (for advancing to the top 50) + 3 points (for advancing to the top 30) + 15 points (exact ranking) + 5 points (top 10) + 10 points (top 5) + 20 points (winner) = 54 points.
• Rory McIlroy correctly ranked second: 1 point (for advancing to the top 50) + 3 points (for advancing to the top 30) + 15 points (exact ranking) + 5 points (top 10) + 10 points (top 5) = 34 points.
• Akshay Bhatia correctly ranked in the top 30: 1 point (for advancing to the top 50) + 3 points (for advancing to the top 30) + 15 points (exact ranking) = 19 points.
• Seven other players correctly ranked in the top 30: 7 × (1 + 3 + 15) = 133 points.

Bonus points:

• Two players in the exact top 10 positions: 2 × 5 = 10 points.
• One player in the exact top 5 position: 10 points.
• Champion correctly predicted: 20 points.

Total Score: 20 (top 50 correct picks) + 45 (top 30 correct picks) + 5 (inside top 30 bonus) + 24 (31-50 bonus) + 32 (51-70 bonus) + 54 (final ranking for Scottie Scheffler) + 34 (final ranking for Rory McIlroy) + 19 (final ranking for Akshay Bhatia) + 133 (final ranking for other players) + 10 (top 10 bonus) + 10 (top 5 bonus) + 20 (champion bonus) = 406 points.

6. PRIZES: First Place Prize (1): A $300 PGA TOUR Superstore Gift Card; Second and Third Place Prize (one for each): A $200 PGA TOUR Superstore Gift Card; Fourth through Tenth Place Prize (one for each): A $100 PGA TOUR Superstore Gift Card. All applicable taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. The total ARV of all prizes is $1,400.00. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions of issuer and an expiration date may apply. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason, in such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Limit one Prize per person/household.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email and will be required to follow the instructions to confirm his/her mailing address and eligibility within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be determined based on ranking order. Winners will be notified in ranking order. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and Entrant with the next highest number of Points will be determined as an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL RULES/VERIFICATION: By registering as an Entrant, you grant Sponsor and Game Entities the right, without obligation, to use your name, entry and, city/state of residence, ranking, total number of Points, voice, pictures and likeness, without compensation, for the purpose of executing the Contest and also for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services related to the Contest in any manner or medium throughout the world in perpetuity unless prohibited by law. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or by entering or use or redemption of any prize. Entrants release Sponsor, Game Entities and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or component thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Contest or participation in any Contest related activity. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical/other error in administration/prize announcement in connection with this Contest. Sponsor and Game Entities are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, damaged, lost or late entries or for any human error which may occur in the processing of the Points/entries. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, computer virus or other events or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest and/or cancel or suspend the Contest or any Tournament. If a Tournament is cancelled, postponed, delayed or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor may elect to cancel, postpone, delay or reschedule the Contest for the affected Tournament. Notice of cancellation will be posted at WWW.PGATOUR.COM. Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among eligible, non-suspect Points accumulated from all Entrants prior to any cancellation. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. If, due to an error of any kind, Points are tabulated incorrectly or the leaderboard is inaccurate or Sponsor finds anyone tampering with the Points system or cheating in any way, that Entrant will be disqualified (Points may be retabulated) and Sponsor may need to modify the Contest and/or cancel in the event they need to verify any fraudulent behavior and then resume in a manner consistent with the rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest materials and the terms and conditions of theOfficial Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed device/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer/device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Contest, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit an Entrant's ability to participate in the Contest. Any damage made to the Site by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the Entrant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration. Any Points/entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Florida State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

10. PRIVACY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Contest may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules and the online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.pgatour.com/company/privacy-policy and applicable data protection laws.
