    FULL-MEMBERSHIP RANKINGS: Intro | 1-50 | 51-100 | 101-150 | 151-200 | 201-223 | Cheat sheet

    RankPlayerAge2022-23 earningsStatusComment
Kevin Yu251.232M*Top 125Although the rookie retained his card easily despite missing four months to recover from surgery on his left knee (torn meniscus), play it conservatively. He was flat for almost all of his time after returning.
Alexander Björk33111K*DPWT (Rookie)Fifth among fellow grads and highest among non-winners in 2023. Checks all the boxes but muscle off the tee, so he’ll play up on shorter and tougher tracks. No top 25s in a dozen TOUR starts.
Roger Sloan3665K*KFTHe’s landed inside the top 100 of the FedExCup twice in five tries but well outside the top 150 in the other three. Finished 2023 much stronger than how he started, so he could be a nice find late in drop-add leagues.
Lanto Griffin35514KMajor MedicalStruggled across 19 starts after returning from six months off to recover from a microdiscectomy (in July of 2022). Given 13 starts to collect 260.970 FedExCup points. A flier but with options.
Francesco Molinari41566KMulti-yearThe Italian will remain fully exempt through at least 2025 but he hasn’t made a dent since relocating to Los Angeles. Best suited in major pools and weekly formats as a spot starter.
Joe Highsmith23--KFT (Rookie)The lefty is the youngest of the KFT grads and a former teammate of Sahith Theegala at Pepperdine. He walked off the season with a T2-T3 burst for his PGA TOUR card and led the KFT in the all-around ranking.
Trace Crowe27151K*Q-School (Rookie)One of five KFT winners in 2023 who didn’t finish inside the top 30 for the automatic promotion, but he’s all-or-nothing, so a runner-up at the finish line makes sense. He’ll test your patience.
Paul Barjon31--KFTCrashed into the top 30 with a victory at the season finale. Also won in early July. He was a PGA TOUR rookie in 2021-22 and had only one top-30 finish. The skill set plays up on tighter tracks but doesn’t sustain punch.
Ryan Palmer471.244MConditionalHad to love the late fight with consecutive top 10s in the second November to threaten. At the time this was published, he opted not to burn a career earnings exemption, but his value has flattened, anyway.
Justin Lower341.426MTop 125Gotta love guys who get the job done doing what they do best amid taller trees. His game is one of extremes and it improves nearer the hole, so there’s enough punch to sneak into your long-term lineup.
Carl Yuan261.167MTop 125It wasn’t a noisy rookie season but the 2022 KFT regular season points leader wedged into the bubble with a surge in the FedExCup Fall, so the funky action plays in the big leagues! Still a curious option, so tiptoe.
Jake Knapp29--KFT (Rookie)The UCLA product has risen methodically through the ranks. He co-led the 2023 KFT with 10 top 10s and was tops in par-5 scoring. Also fourth in putting and second in scoring. That’ll play.
Trey Mullinax311.413MMulti-yearGets one more spin piggybacking the breakthrough victory in 2022. He concluded 2023 by going just 3-for-16 and without a top-45 finish. Ideal last-round consideration with the fingers covering the plunger.
Zac Blair332.469MTop 125Delivered as expected in the long-term with a T2 (Travelers) among four top 15s, but he cashed only 11 of 28 times, which also isn’t surprising. The greatest value is in DFS and for the occasional top-X finish in betting.
Martin Laird411.258MTop 125His last two seasons have been identical in terms of positive outcomes but he’s connected for only one top 10 in each of his last four. So, consider a fresher talent if you find yourself in a tiebreaker.
Stewart Cink50743KMulti-yearThis is the third and final season of fully exempt status via his two wins in 2020-21. He dabbled in the PGA TOUR Champions in 2023, so how much he moonlights there may depend on how he starts here.
Ben Martin361.379MTop 125He’s a coin flip to make a cut, so you are committed (or not) for the long term from the jump. What’s wild is that his analytics present consistency through the lens of balance, but they’re largely averages of extremes.
Max Greyserman28--KFT (Rookie)With 91 KFT starts to his credit, he’s had plenty of seasoning to climb the ladder. Only one PGA TOUR start previously. A flourish later in 2023 clinched his card, so shout his name late if you’re feelin’ frisky.
Jorge Campillo3736K*DPWT (Rookie)Like a good wine, the Spaniard has improved with age. Picked off all three DP World Tour wins since turning 32, but he’s 5-for-14 with no top 25s on the PGA TOUR and 0-for-7 in majors.
Charley Hoffman47994KConditionalWith Father Time nibbling away, his efficiency and impact erode. It is the way of fantasy. Could utilize a career earnings exemption but hadn’t committed to it at the time this was published.
Callum Tarren331.780MTop 125The Brit presents as just a guy. Settle on a late-round call because he’ll play a ton and accept the outcome, but we don’t hold our breath. Missed 20 cuts in 2022-23 as he’s sliding into his prime.
Mac Meissner24--KFT (Rookie)All three of his top 10s in 2023 were podiums. With just enough success and experience to graduate, and at his age, he could be a difference-maker in a deeper lineup that takes the plunge and keeps the faith.
Josh Teater4426K*KFTBack for a 10th time since first earning his card in 2010. He’s just 16 paydays from qualifying for Veteran Membership, and with an ageless approach game, he could threaten the threshold in 2024. Fun last-round plug.
David Lingmerth362.227MTop 125If you’re going to miss 18 of 32 cuts, you better connect for five top 10s. Done and done, but egad. In the context of his recent history, it was a sensational season, but he’s not for the fantasy faint of heart.
Ben Silverman36--KFTThe Canadian connected seasons with the PGA TOUR card through 2018-19 but didn’t generate enough firepower to impress. He could be a nice DFS flier in lighter fields but faith in the long term needs to be earned.
Matthieu Pavon31--DPWT (Rookie)After six winless seasons on his home circuit, the native of France finally broke through late in 2023. It punctuated his best year as he enters his prime. Little success in eight PGA TOUR appearances.
Anders Albertson3087K*Medical [reshuffle]Needed a break so he took one. Shut it down after a T21 in Puerto Rico, so he’s set for 19 starts to earn 405.631 FedExCup points and a promotion. Attach to the end of your salary roster.
Russell Knox38692KConditionalCashed a career-high 23 times (in 37 starts, mind you), yet failed to connect for a top 20. Thus the bargain rate and projected upswing because it’s hard enough to match that hit ratio with that output once.
Tyson Alexander351.433MTop 125The solo second in Houston in November of 2022 established a foundation but it was one of only three top 25s among 14 paydays in 35 starts. So, he remains a lottery ticket.
Ben Taylor311.912MTop 125Just two top-65 finishes in his last 16 starts and only five top-50s in 2023 altogether, so it’s buyer beware all draft long. Reserve for very late-round calls (because of status) and as a throw-in in DFS.
Patton Kizzire371.161MConditionalJust missed hanging inside the top 125 despite a 5-for-6 FedExCup Fall. Presents a nice upside of a steady floor in conjunction with a busy schedule and occasional pop. A reliable morsel, albeit deep.
Kelly Kraft35722KConditionalIf the FedExCup Fall was instead the traditional opening of a 2023-24 season, he’d be in great shape entering next year after four top 25s among six paydays. It lifted into this range, but it presents as a bubble.
Bronson Burgoon36--Medical [reshuffle carryover] After a year off to heal a shoulder, went 3-for-7 on the KFT in 2023. That’s somewhat optimistic news as he still has 13 starts to total 208.516 FedExCup points for a promotion.
Henrik Norlander361.158MConditionalThe Swede has been one of the most consistently strong ball-strikers throughout his career but he also has been as hot and ice cold as it gets when it concerns feelin’ it with the putter. Limit to spot starts.
Harry Higgs32718KConditionalEntering his second consecutive season with the same status but he’s missed more cuts than he’s made in his last three. He’s In pursuit of a mechanism to retain focus and at an age when everything can click.
Zach Johnson47807KCareer earnings exemption (top 50)Hung in there while juggling the responsibilities of the U.S. Ryder Cup captain, but his long-term fantasy value is all but gone. Consider as penny complements at the Masters and The Open.
Nico Echavarria291.035MTop 125Broke through in Puerto Rico in early March, and then cashed only five times the rest of the way. So, he’s in The Sentry and he can freewheel it because he’s fully exempt through 2025.
Jimmy Stanger28--KFT (Rookie)Made it to the big leagues after five straight seasons and 127 starts on the KFT, and he was on the bubble until his breakthrough victory in June. Perhaps stash him away in the last round to see what he can do.
James Hahn42576KMinor MedicalMissed time due to a rib injury but it wasn’t much because he still totaled 27 starts. Allowance for starts is TBD but he needs 253.391 FedExCup points for a promotion or 76.597 points for conditional status.
J.B. Holmes4158K*Major MedicalBurned 10 starts on his medical in 2022-23 and cashed just twice for forgettable results, so he’s down to 16 events to earn 282.049 FedExCup points. Best fit in only the deepest salary formats.
Austin Smotherman29957KConditionalThe positive spin about his sophomore season is that he gathered more experience, but executing on lessons learned remains a work in progress. Arrow remains up but now presents as a wait-and-follow.
Zecheng Dou261.099MConditionalThe jury remains out on the possibilities. There are ingredients to suggest that he remains a sleeper but he struggles way too often in connecting solid rounds. A short-lister among last-round picks in the deep league.
Adam Long36884KConditionalThe PGA TOUR winner took a big step backward in 2022-23, and now he’s exiting his prime. Went from hanging up a top 25 in every other payday to one in every four. Perhaps stronger now in isolated DFS.
Michael Thompson38438KMajor MedicalAssuming he returns soon from an injured wrist, he’d be a good get in salary leagues, but he’s motivated to remain patient. Equipped with 15 starts to clear 300.352 FedExCup points.
Gordon Sargent20--PGA TOUR AcceleratedFascinating potential. The junior at Vanderbilt is the first to achieve the distinction. Must wait until after the NCAA Championship to turn pro and accept membership. It’d extend through 2025.
Kevin Kisner39335KMulti-yearWe anticipate a short hitter arriving at his career sunset sooner than others, but he’s going to play on the mic early in 2024 even though he’s still fully exempt and on the other side of a needed mental break.
Tom Whitney34--KFT (Rookie)Say this about the Air Force veteran with 117 KFT starts, he made the most of his six top 25s in 2023 because all were top 10s. His age and experience begets a maturity and resolve unlike most, but he’s raw.
Raul Pereda2716K*Q-School (Rookie)Primarily cutting teeth on PGA TOUR Latinoamérica and smaller circuits, the Mexican with one PGA TOUR start found the brightest lights from the second stage of Q-School. Tastiest in deep salary formats.
Kevin Dougherty32--KFT (Rookie)When a guy comes out of Oklahoma State University, it’s almost expected that he arrives at this stage at some point. For years he’s been a close call but now he’s here. Bombs it but he’s too inconsistent.
Scott Piercy45861KConditionalThe former scorer’s delight is in the midst of a ride on the slide that never loses and he struggled shaking a sore back when it was against the wall over the summer. Opt for younger healthy contributors.

    * Denotes salary bargain
